According Tom's Hardware, Corsair received some complaints from Hydro Series H100 CPU water cooler users. Corsair acknowledged that it happened in a small number of H100 units with lot code 11359403 only. Right now, this model water cooler have been removed from shelves.
You can find your lot code on the label on your H100 box.
